Product descriptions, options and current prices are shown on the website or in your written quote. Please provide exact names, wording, colours, sizes, quantities and required dates. By placing an order, you confirm that the details supplied are accurate and that you are authorised to provide any artwork, logos or photographs.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment is required through the checkout or as agreed for a custom quote. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may contact you if availability, pricing or supplied details need clarification.

Where a proof is offered, check spelling, layout, colours and sizing carefully. Production begins after approval. Colours can vary slightly between screens, materials, print and embroidery. Changes requested after approval may cause extra cost or delay.

Turnaround estimates vary by product, quantity and season and are separate from delivery time. We will take reasonable care to meet an agreed date, but delivery services and events outside our control can cause delay. Contact us before ordering if a date is essential or urgent.

Contact us promptly if you need a change or cancellation. Once personalised production has started, this may not be possible. Personalised or made-to-order goods generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

You retain rights in artwork you supply and grant us permission to use it to make your order. SBS Studios retains rights in its original designs and website content.
